These are about the size of a quarter but about 2 to 3 thick.
I loved the grape ones the best, but the orange weren't bad at all. They taste good and not chalky at all! Okay, so technically, they are citrus and wild berry lol
You can take 1-2 in a 24 hour period.
In the end, I give them two thumbs up!!!
On a side note, these are perfect sized for coins in student's desks.
The label is easily removable too!
