April 29th

Brown Buttered Ham and Tortellini - again from 29 minutes to dinner Pampered Chef cookbook. It has ham, tortellini, and green peppers. There is supposed to be spinach, but I forgot it at the store :)

April 27th

5 minute enchiladas. Okay, so I have made enchiladas from scratch several times the old fashioned way - of course, very tasty, but very very time consuming! Pampered Chef came out with a recipe for enchiladas quickly. The longest time in this recipe is browning the hamburger! This is from the Pampered Chef cookbook 29 minutes to dinner.
