Week 23

How far along? 23 weeks--- maybe I should just bump it up a week sometime lol

Maternity clothes? Nope- it's so very hot and I still feel like I am going to melt!
Stretch marks? Nope :}
Sleep:  I wake up, but not usually to pee lol
Best moment this week: Randy cleaned off the dining room table and a kitchen counter while I was at work :}
Miss Anything? Not really- it isn't like I drank before so nothing to miss there lol
Movement: Oh yes... he is very active still :}
Food cravings: Chocolate milk and egg rolls--- but NOT together lol  I really wanted to have chocolate milk but looked in the fridge and no syrup- I don't even remember having chocolate syrup in our house lol so I searched on Pinterest and Yahoo! for a recipe using cocoa powder... well that was no help-  I added the powder and it sat on the top so when I stirred it, yep you guessed it, all over my counter :{  I got a shaker and tried again.  It had a weird consistency but hey, it's what I wanted.  Later we did get some syrup at the store :}  
Anything making you queasy or sick: food- I know I have to eat, so I eat :}
Gender: Boy
Labor Signs: Nope 
Symptoms: Still stuffy :{  I guess I will have to go to the doctor sometime soon.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy but hot
Looking forward to: hummmm......working on the nursery this weekend.  Two brave friends are coming to help... oh wait, the guys will be doing this, I wonder what the gals will be doing????  lol

First Baby Items

I decorated a journal both the front 

 and the back of course.

Yes I used scrapbook paper and stamps :}

{On a side note: The couple that gave us this- the husband and Randy are in the same fraternity- and when they are new they are called 'new fish' how appropriate!!!}

Week 22ish

Symptoms: Holy hotness!!! I know it is getting to be summer but holy cow, I may melt!

We have been working on the nursery this week- we tore the carpet out but the guy who put in the carpet, used regular carpet staples, but also used nails and what appear to be regular desk variety staples too!!!  I have no idea and they were a pain for Randy to remove.  We also have to scrape the black yuckiness which was from the back of the carpet.  I have been also removing that plus the border around the top- at least it isn't the whole wall :}

Here were today's garage sale finds today.
I have been thinking about what kind of high chair I wanted to get- I knew no wheels because the dogs would just push the baby around and then one that I could move easy but wouldn't trip on, so when the lady told me about this one, (plus she had a Rottie) it attaches to any able, very simply!!!
A Halloween hat,  a frog sleeper, two frog sleep sacks, a balancing animal sleeper, a frog wrist toy, a cute frog sleeper with froggy feet, a penguin onesie, and 4 books- one of which was Carl the Rott!!!

Week 21-maybe lol

How far along? 21 ( well Dr. C moved my due date up a week- they don't officially change the date until it's more than 10 days)

Maternity clothes? Tops yes, well because they are cute same pants 
Stretch marks?  nope
Sleep: actually am sleeping through the night, I may wake up but I don't have to go to the bathroom!
Best moment this week: 
Miss Anything? licking the beaters when I bake lol
Movement:  Well during my ultrasound, he punched me, I saw it and felt it very weird!  pretty active baby :}
Food cravings:  no more salads lol finally and on to vanilla milkshakes
Anything making you queasy or sick: food- nothing looks good yet  :{

Baby Gender Day

Yes, you heard correctly, we are having a baby boy :}  At our ultrasound we had on Thursday, May 31st, we found out that we will welcome a little baby boy in October.  My due date had always been October 20th, but he may come a little earlier, like the 13th :}  That's fine with me :}  I love Halloween, but I want our baby to have a special birthday all of his own!
