5 minute enchiladas. Okay, so I have made enchiladas from scratch several times the old fashioned way - of course, very tasty, but very very time consuming! Pampered Chef came out with a recipe for enchiladas quickly. The longest time in this recipe is browning the hamburger! This is from the Pampered Chef cookbook 29 minutes to dinner.

I had a surprise party for Randy's 30th birthday. I had a custom XBox360 cake and controller. The party as a huge success and the cake was yummy.
